Prior to partnering with Essential Capital Advisors (ECA), Clint served as a Executive Vice President at BMC Capital. During his 7-year tenure, he arranged over $845MM in commercial financing on behalf of commercial real estate investors and property owners throughout North America.
Prior to BMC Capital, Clint was a Mergers and Acquisitions Associate with Firebird Restaurant Group, a Dallas-based CRE owner and restaurant operating company. At Firebird Restaurant Group, Clint managed the restaurant operating company’s capital structure, arranged acquisition financing for commercial real estate and restaurant company acquisitions, and managed the capital structure of a $120MM CRE portfolio. While at Firebird, Clint arranged acquisition financing for the company to acquire a 7-unit burger chain portfolio valued at $36MM. He also completed the $32MM refinance of the company’s headquarters, The Advancial Tower, in Dallas.
Clint began his real estate career with Morgan Stanley’s Real Estate Investing group, and later Goldman Sachs, working as an Associate at Goldman Sachs Asset Management.
Clint graduated from the University of San Francisco with a degree in Finance and a minor in Legal Studies. He enjoys spending time with his wife, son, 3 cats, and golden doodle.
